What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple/Android/Samsung Pay, and cash.

Do you do women's hair?

Yes, of course, but we have limited heat styling after your haircut.

how long does a haircut take?

Our appointments usually take 20 minutes or less.

Do I have to have an appointment?

No, walk-ins are welcome but scheduled appointments take priority. Please click the "Book Appointment" button in our menu bar to guarantee your spot.

What if I'm running late, can't find you, or I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We know life happens, but we also have to stay on schedule for our other clients. If you're more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, your service will be downgraded to what we can fit in with the remaining time.

More than 10 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule. But don't worry. There's no penalty if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Will the truck come to me?

Currently, we do not offer house calls unless you're willing to pay us an exorbitant amount of money.

We have a set schedule where we park daily that is pretty consistent. If you would like Box Truck Barber to visit your place of employment, private event, or other location we don't currently park: please fill out the "contact us" form and we'll get back to you.

A haircut truck? That's crazy! Tell me more.

Box Truck Barber was an idea that Bess Lamoreux could not get out of her head. She's married to a guy who hates getting his hair cut and she figured he'd be more likely to do it if it was quick, convenient and right outside his office.
